About| | I was born in 1966 and raised in Dublin, Ireland and had a camera in my hand for the first time at the age of 15. At the age of 21 I moved to London and spent a number of years visiting various countries, finally settling down close to home, in the Netherlands. I speak dutch fluently.
For the past three years I've been concentrating on "people" photography. Portraits, fashion, editorial, nudes. Things like that. Trying, with varying degrees of succes, to capture images that best portray the inner temperament of the person in front of the lens. Everybody is unique. Unique = beautiful. Everybody is beautiful. A picture is never perfect. I hate my mistakes in the finished photo. But I also cherish them. Those mistakes. They mean that there's more to do. More to learn. The journey is infinite. I've exhibited work a number of times at the Treehouse Gallery in Amsterdam. "Male portraits" (2009) and "Cityscapes from New York" (2009) and a series of erotic nudes during the "Naughty butt Nice" exhibition (2010). I've also recently been giving lessons to amateur photographers. It's almost as much fun as doing the photoshoots myself!
